Delivery Information

Where we deliver: We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery partners: We use a variety of trusted UK delivery suppliers.

Estimated delivery time: Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on our suppliers. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

Responsibility: Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the products passes to you.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your candles, but if you change your mind, you can return them.

Return period: You have 28 days from receiving your order to return items.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit or used.

Return postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items (unless the product is faulty or damaged). This will be reimbursed when we receive the item in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a returns label and replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Return

We’ll provide you with the return label and instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service (recommended).

Once received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
